- If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

9. Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

10. Return Shipping
- To return your product, mail it to our return address mentioned above.
- Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
