  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

3. Return Requirements

4. Partial Refunds

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Sale Items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded.
  • Sale items cannot be refunded.

8. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

9. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

10. Return Shipping

  • To return your product, mail it to our return address mentioned above.
  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
  • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
  • For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
