  • All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation or order verification.
  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Partner

  • We use Shiprocket and its courier partners for shipping and delivery services across India.
  • Courier allocation depends on serviceability, delivery speed, and availability in your location.
  • Tracking updates will be shared once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is generally between 5–10 business days depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary during sales, high-order volumes, festivals, or unforeseen situations.
  • Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping promotions may be available on selected orders or campaigns.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • Tracking updates may take some time to reflect after dispatch.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery attempts fail due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unreachable contact details, the order may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply for reattempted deliveries.

7. Delays & Exceptions

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Courier partner delays

• Weather conditions

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Incorrect customer information

• Unforeseen logistical issues

  • While we aim for timely delivery, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery may be available for selected pin codes and orders.
  • We reserve the right to disable COD for suspicious, high-risk, or non-serviceable orders.

9. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Supporting images or videos may be required for verification.
